MaxIT Staffing, Inc. has a record of success in placing highly qualified candidates for clients in permanent full time positions. The fee MaxIT receives is contingent upon the successful placement of a candidate hired by the client company. There is no fee unless a candidate is hired.

The fee is based on a percentage of the hired candidates starting salary. MaxIT guarantees all of the direct placements made at our client companies; if an individual placed by MaxIT Staffing, Inc. resigns his/her position or is terminated within the guarantee, then MaxIT Staffing, Inc. will replace the position with a qualified candidate, or have the fee refunded in full, at client's option.
